1. About MOAP

MOAP is a UK-based digital platform providing planning tools and structured support designed to help users maintain consistency in real life.

4. Memberships, Payments & Access

MOAP offers paid membership access to the MOAP Planner and related features. Membership options, pricing, and access durations are shown on the Membership page.

Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (such as PayPal). MOAP does not store your payment card details.

Membership features, availability, and pricing may change over time. The details shown at the time of purchase will apply to your transaction.

5. Cancellations & Cooling-Off Rights

If you are a consumer in the UK or EEA, you normally have a legal right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason (the “cooling-off period”).

MOAP memberships provide access to digital services, including the MOAP Planner.

Immediate Access

At checkout, you may choose to start using the MOAP Planner immediately. If you do so, you will be asked to give your express consent to immediate access and to acknowledge that you waive your 14-day cooling-off right.

Once immediate access has started following this consent, the statutory cooling-off right no longer applies.

Delayed Access

If you do not request immediate access, your 14-day cooling-off right will apply, provided the service has not been accessed during that period.

Refunds

Outside of your statutory rights, refunds are not guaranteed. Any goodwill refunds are offered at MOAP’s discretion and do not affect your legal rights.

MOAP may include affiliate links (for example, Amazon Associates). If you purchase via these links, MOAP may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.
